Beautiful studio located in the quiet resort of La Mata, a few kilometers from Torrevieja. The 26 m² studio has a double bed and is fully equipped, ideal for couples. Welcome to my beautiful, non-smoking 45m² apartment, just a 4-minute walk from Torrevieja's best beach – Playa del Cura! It's also located right next to Torrevieja's charming town center.

This comfortable apartment is ideal for couples and families looking for a beach holiday in sunny southern Spain. It boasts a fantastic location with access to Torrevieja's natural swimming pools. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, so you'll never be bored.

The Space – 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen. Our recently renovated apartment features a spacious living room with air conditioning, a 55" Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable new sofa that converts into a bed, and a dining area with a table for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, washing machine, electric hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and various kitchen appliances.

There are also two cozy bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and one with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed for two people. Both bedrooms have new mattresses.

A modern bathroom with a shower, toilet paper, towels, slippers, and bathrobes is provided. For the beach, there are two comfortable beach chairs, a parasol, beach towels, and a cool box. A handy shopping cart is provided in the apartment for groceries. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator.

Welcome to my beautiful, non-smoking 65 m² apartment, 1200 meters from Torrevieja's best beach – Playa del Cura! It's also located right next to Torrevieja's charming town center.

This comfortable apartment is ideal for couples and families looking for a beach holiday in sunny southern Spain. It boasts a fantastic location with access to a communal pool (large pool and a small pool for children). There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, so you'll never be bored.

The space – 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with a separate kitchen. Our recently renovated apartment features a spacious living room with air conditioning, a 55" smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable new sofa, and a dining area with a table for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, washing machine, electric hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and various kitchen appliances.

There are also 2 cozy bedrooms: 1 with a comfortable double bed and air conditioning, and 1 with a comfortable pull-out bed for 2 people. Both bedrooms have new mattresses.

The apartment has a private parking space in the secure parking garage, which also includes a storage room for bicycles.
