This studio is located in La Mata, just 800 meters from a chic, wide beach. It offers an outdoor pool open all year round, free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, air conditioning and free secure parking. You have your own keys for the pool and the parking garage. The kitchen is excellently equipped with everything you need. There is a supermarket 3 minutes walk away and the chic beach is 10 minutes walk away.

Welcome to my beautiful non-smoking apartment 45 m² located 4 minutes walk from the best beach in Torrevieja – Playa del Cura! In addition, it is located right on the beautiful center of Torrevieja.

This comfortable apartment is ideal for couples and families looking for a beach holiday in the sunny south of Spain. Fantastic location with access to the natural pools of Torrevieja. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby, so you will never be bored.

The Space – 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with kitchen. Our recently renovated apartment has a spacious living room with air conditioning, a 55″ smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable new sofa that can be converted into a bed, a dining area with a table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, washing machine, electric hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crockery and various kitchen appliances.

There are also 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 with a comfortable double bed and 1 with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. Both bedrooms have new mattresses.

Modern bathroom with shower, toilet paper, towels, slippers and bathrobes. For the beach there are 2 nice beach chairs, a parasol, beach towels and a cool box. For groceries there is a handy shopping cart in the apartment. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a building with an elevator.
